Using Emotional Intelligence to Keep Clients for Life

Over at Forbes today, I’m published talking about one of my favorite topics: emotional intelligence.

We’re proud to have many clients who’ve stuck with us for the better part of our 10 years in business. It’s not that we do anything super special; we just wake up and go to work for them every day. We congratulate them when they reach their goals; we know about their families, their lives, their fears and dreams. And because we do, we can go further and farther for them than most financial companies.

Every number has a story behind it. We care about that story.
