Do you work with someone from Generation Y (Gen Y)? Do they communicate differently than you? Are your work styles different too? You will probably agree with me that they have unique characteristics, but like every generation before them, they are learning to adjust to the workplace in their own ways and have a lot of positives to bring to the industry. Do you view this generation joining the banking and financial industries as an opportunity or threat?
